We moved to the Thumb last year and have been looking for a good Chinese food restaurant. Found Liang's Garden in Marlette and gave it a try. We were very pleased with our dining experience. We ordered off the combination menu, cashew chicken with white rice, and sweet and sour pork with fried rice, and included an egg roll. We ordered cups of egg drop and won ton soups, two spring rolls, and an order of fried dumplings. Generous portions, took home the leftovers, and great flavor. The soups were warm, not hot. The egg roll is made with a thick wrapper and filled with good flavor. The spring rolls are light and crispy and flavorful. The dumplings are very tasty. We were pleasantly surprised and will be back.

We usually get takeout, but it's the best Chinese restaurant in this area! Food is always great and they give you huge portions. We've had several different dishes and everything is so good. I usually eat on mine like 3 times.

For a restaurant in the middle of farm country, the food is always fantastic and service is quick, so I have no idea why they are not busier.
